A Note on Activities and Insurance - In order for our District Chairs to have a better handle on what teams are doing and what they can and can't do, consider this as a check to see if a function needs insurance or you need to check with the State.

It is simple and when a team wants to have a clinic, show, fun day.......you can be sure it is covered or check to see if it needs to be covered.
Remember:

1. If the OHSET name, logo or banner is used in any event, it needs insurance
2. If the function is open to the public and is an "at will" community event, no mention of OHSET, anyone can attend and there is no need for insurance.
